- The structure of the house is built in wood, so we ask you to please be mindful when you move about during the night. You can always use the slippers that are at your disposal.
- Animals are not allowed in the house.
- We do not allow parties at home.
- Please do not leave food in the garden.
- Protect the environment, always turn off the lights when you leave the room.
- The house is not wheelchair accessible.
- The whole house is equipped with Wi-Fi, including the garden.

Booking Rules
- Your reservation will be made after receipt by bank transfer (send proof of payment) or paypal of the full amount of the reservation;
- Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to check-in. If booked less then 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. After that refunds will not be issued.
- We do not accept a larger number of people than those described in the reservation.
- Inform the estimated time of arrival and means of transport, we inform you the easiest way to get here.
- The value of the reservation adds the tourist tax of € 2 per person per night, including children from 13 years (including), for a total of 7 nights. This amount will be paid in cash at check in.
